Lands End by the Clarks Tree Trail!

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of Long Beach! Lands End is a beautifully furnished condo with single garage near the Peninsula Golf Course and the Clarks Tree Trail -- an easy walk to the beach or a short drive to downtown.

For you golf widows, there’s great shopping and a variety of restaurants close by in the downtown core, plus lots of things for the kids to do – arcades, carnival rides, miniature golf and more. The Bolstad beach approach is a hub of activity year-round, but especially during the summer months, with the International Kite Festival in August and, of course, fireworks on Independence Day and New Year’s Eve. Long Beach and Seaview feature a variety of eateries from casual family restaurants to upscale restaurants and cafes. After dinner downtown you can walk the boardwalk to enjoy one of our colorful sunsets too.

There’s even more to explore on the Long Beach Peninsula – all 26 plus miles of it. The Port of Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment are only a short drive away, as well as Waikiki Beach and the North Head lighthouse. There are some great art galleries at the Port of Ilwaco, and during the summer months there’s Saturday Market too, with a variety of local arts and crafts, foods, flowers and plants for sale. You can even see pirates at times. Ilwaco also has its own fireworks in July. The Port also features some fine restaurants with local seafood offerings created by our great chefs. Or take a charter trip for salmon, halibut, tuna or sturgeon. On the north end of the Peninsula is Ocean Park, with bookstores, restaurants and gift stores. Visit Jack’s Country Store to see this historic yet current meeting place. In Nahcotta you can buy fresh oysters or pasteries and enjoy the wonderful views of Willapa Bay. On the extreme north end of the Peninsula, the place to see is Ledbetter Point State Park -- it’s a wonderful place for hiking to the beach or to the bay. Make sure you stop in historic Oysterville to see the wonderful old church there that was previously voted 4th best historic monument by KING-5 TV.

Lands End is all on one level, with only a few stairs at the entry. This home has a relaxed and casual atmosphere you’re sure to appreciate. The living room, kitchen and dining share one large space in this open floor plan. This is an end unit, so the only shared wall is in the single garage. There’s 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen-sized beds and 1 with 2 twin beds, plus 2 baths. The futon in the living room makes this home especially nice for up to 8 people total. The kitchen is very nice with fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There’s a stacked washer and dryer for your use too. And just outside the back door is the Clarks Tree Trail – a paved trail to the beach! For your comfort, Lands End is non-smoking and no pets please.
